The 5-and-5 Chargers will welcome the 4-and-6 Ravens to Qualcomm Stadium this week.  The Chargers are tied for first-place in the AFC West while the Ravens have lost four straight and are fading from the playoff picture.  The Ravens fell 33-30 in overtime to the Cleveland Browns last week.  Kyle Boller started at quarterback and threw for 279 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions for Baltimore.  San Diego dropped a 24-17 decision to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 11.  Philip Rivers threw for 309 yards, a touchdown and two costly interceptions as the Bolts lost for the second time in three games.   The Ravens lead the all-time series three-games-to-two and won last year’s meeting in Baltimore 16-13.
