Now that the season is over for the top seeded Dallas Cowboys, look for their coaching staff to be torn apart as it’s likely two of their top assistants are going to be on other sidelines next season. It’s no secret that the Miami Dolphins are very high and according to ESPN’s John Clayton, almost for sure, going to hire offensive line and assistant head coach Tony Sparano as their new head coach. The hiring will probably happen this week, even though today the Fins are going to talk to Mike Tice about the position.

As for offensive coordinator Jason Garrett, the Dallas Morning News is reporting that he is now the main target to be the new head coach of the Ravens. The paper is reporting that Garrett is the “primary target” for the Ravens, who continue to look for a new head coach after firing Brian Billick on December 31st. If for some reason Garrett does not land in Baltimore, he could find himself in Atlanta, where he has already interviewed for the head spot.
