The Ravens and quarterback Joe Flacco agreed to a five-year deal on Monday.  The “Baltimore Sun” reports the pact could be worth 30-million-dollars, with nearly nine-million guaranteed.  The Ravens selected Flacco out of Delaware with the 18th overall pick in this year’s draft.  He started all 15 games during his senior season, and threw for 4,263 yards with 23 touchdowns and only five interceptions.
