Starting OT Terry Carted Off Field

The Ravens’ thin offensive line took another hit this morning, when starting right tackle, Adam Terry sprained his already-injured left ankle. Terry flipped over running back Ray Rice during a full-team contact drill and fell hard to the ground. He was screaming in pain and grabbing his left leg before being carted off the field.
No official word has been given as to the severity of the injury but, Coach Harbaugh seemed optimistic. He told WBAL tonight that it’s not a season-ending injury, adding”It’s not a major situation,” Harbaugh said. “It will take time to heal. He’ll be back with us.”
This is more bad news for an offensive line that needs time to play together. Add Terry’s injury with de-facto starter Jared Gaither injury earlier in the week and you have two holes already before you’ve even established the unit. This leaves the replacements woefully inexperienced. The team will need to explore bringing in a free agent or two if the ailments turn more serious.
