The Baltimore Ravens have made a decision on who will start in the team’s preseason opener against the New England Patriots, according to the Associated Press; Kyle Boller will get the starting assignment as team head coach John Harbaugh said Boller was chosen because of his experience. Harbaugh added that Boller will play much of the first half, while backups Troy Smith and Joe Flacco will split time during the second half.
