Certainly a good piece of news for the Baltimore Ravens is that linebacker Lee Suggs, according to a league source, will play Sunday against the Detroit Lions; however, on the flip side, the team will be without the services of safety Ed Reed (hip), offensive tackle Jared Gaither (foot) and wide receiver Michael Clayton (knee).

The prognosis appears promising for Jared Gaither. The starting left offensive tackle returned to Baltimore with his Ravens teammates after suffering what appeared to be a head or neck injury in the second quarter of the team’s 27-21 loss to the New England Patriots on Sunday.
