OT Cousins and Gaither Both Scratched vs Redskins

Ravens scratched offensive tackles Oniel Cousins and Jared Gaither for tonight’s game againt the Redskins at FedEx Field. Cousins suffered a mild concussion this week at practice. Gaither has a strained back and back spasms.
